Refund Policy

At Ingoo, we understand that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for tickets purchased through our platform. Please read this carefully before making a booking.

1. Event Cancelled by the Organiser

If an event is officially cancelled by the event organiser, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value.

  • Refunds are initiated automatically within 5–7 business days of the cancellation announcement.
  • You will be notified via the email address used during booking.
  • Convenience fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the organiser.

2. Event Postponed or Rescheduled

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. You will have the option to:

  • Keep your ticket for the new date — no action required.
  • Request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

After the 7-day window, tickets are considered accepted for the new date and refunds will not be available.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies based on how far in advance of the event you cancel:

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Convenience / booking fees collected at checkout.
  • Tickets for free or complimentary events.
  • Tickets marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets purchased during flash sales or special offers where non-refundability was stated.
  • No-shows — failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank).
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
  • Wallets: 1–3 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us with your booking reference.

6. Duplicate Bookings

If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets for the same event, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction, subject to verification.

7. Booking Errors

If you made an error during booking (wrong event, wrong date, or wrong ticket quantity), contact us as soon as possible at ingoonly1@gmail.com. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, government orders, public safety emergencies, or acts of god — Ingoo will work with event organisers to offer refunds or credit where possible. However, Ingoo cannot be held liable beyond the face value of the ticket purchased.
