1. About Ingoo
Ingoo is a live music event ticketing platform operating in India. We act as an intermediary between event organisers and ticket buyers — facilitating the discovery, purchase, and management of tickets for live music events. Ingoo does not organise or own the events listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
To use Ingoo and purchase tickets you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration or checkout.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
- Not be prohibited from using our services under any law or regulation.
3. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket purchases are subject to availability at the time of checkout. Ingoo does not guarantee availability.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A convenience fee may be added at checkout.
- Once a booking is confirmed and a ticket is issued, ownership transfers to you. The ticket is your proof of entry.
- Tickets are issued per the details entered at checkout. Ingoo is not responsible for errors made by the buyer (wrong event, wrong date, wrong quantity).
- You may not purchase tickets for resale or commercial purposes. Scalping or unauthorised resale of tickets purchased through Ingoo is strictly prohibited.
- Ingoo reserves the right to cancel bookings where fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected, with a full refund issued.
4. E-Tickets and Entry
- Upon successful payment, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if not received within 15 minutes.
- Your e-ticket must be presented (printed or on mobile) at the venue entrance for scanning. Ingoo is not responsible for entry denials due to invalid, expired, or previously scanned tickets.
- Each ticket is unique and may only be used once. Duplicate or tampered tickets will be invalidated.
- Entry to the event is also subject to the venue's and organiser's rules, including age restrictions, dress codes, and security checks. Ingoo has no control over these.
5. Pricing and Payments
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Ingoo does not store your full card or bank account details.
- In case of a payment failure where your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it takes longer.
- Ingoo reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
- Dynamic pricing may apply for high-demand events. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy.
7. User Conduct
When using Ingoo, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to purchase tickets or access platform data.
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all active bookings without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ingoo platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Ingoo and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Event names, artist names, and promotional images remain the property of their respective owners. Ingoo uses them for informational and promotional purposes under licence from event organisers.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
Ingoo may display content from third parties (event organisers, artists, venues) or contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ingoo provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any event listed on our platform — these are the sole responsibility of the event organiser.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ingoo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of enjoyment, travel costs, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred in connection with attending an event that is cancelled, postponed, or unsatisfactory.
- The actions or omissions of event organisers, venues, or other third parties.
- Any technical failures, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the face value of the ticket(s) purchased.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ingoo, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Privacy
Your use of Ingoo is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Ingoo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
15. Changes to These Terms
Ingoo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
